On Monday, CMF hosted an online meeting with Christians and Muslims to discuss the impact of Covid-19 on faith communities.
The Coronavirus pandemic has challenged faith communities like never before, from forcing the closure of places of worship to re-orienting services of ritual worship at some of the most important periods in our calendar; Easter and Ramadan. The ways in which faith communities respond to keeping faith during this pandemic will have lasting effects on our sense of community, on faith in the (virtual) public square and on the religious leadership that will be needed when we face up to the social and economic impact of lockdown.
