The Muslim Council of Britain has released a two volume report, ‘British Muslims in Numbers’, examining the state of British Muslim communities through data gleaned from the 2021 census.
The MCB, which was the forefront of campaigning for the inclusion of a question on religious affiliation in the 2001 census, has compiled a detailed study of British Muslims exploring some of the changes, trends and challenges emerging over the past two decades.
Professor John Denham, Director of the Centre for English Identity and Politics at Southampton University was among the speakers.
